摘  要:针对冶金企业AOD炉失效检验难度大、风险不可控的现状,以某钢厂AOD炉为评价对象,采用基于风险的检测(RBI)技术,分析计算设备失效核心参数、失效后果和风险值,并判断风险等级。考虑到该设备的穿炉机理,重点分析了穿炉高风险区域温度对失效的评估价值。结果表明:AOD炉的风枪环缝出气压力、流量、渣线区温度等,应该被优先检测,并采取相应维护措施。建立RBI技术的AOD炉风险评估,可以有效发现设备中存在的安全隐患,并有针对性地制定检修计划。To monitor failure and control risk of AOD furnace in metallurgical enterprise, risk management is very necessary. Based on the RBI technology, a certain AOD furnace is used as the evaluation object, the key parameters of the equipment failure, failure consequence and risk value are analyzed and computed, and then the risk level is obtained. Considering the mechanism of the AOD furnace threading, the high risk regions of the AOD furnace is specially analyzed. The results show that the outlet pressure and flow of air pressure gun circumferential weld and the temperature in the slag line area should have the priority to be inspected, then the corresponding maintenance measures is adopted. By the risk assessment of the AOD furnace, the safety factors can be found effectively, the maintenance plan can be made better.
