摘　　要：本文以中新天津生态城为例,详细论述在城市地下管线档案管理中,从规章制度的建设、管理系统的设计等方面如何运用云GIS技术,实现地下管线档案可视化、动态管理。Taking the new Tianjin Eco-city as an example, this paper discusses in detail how to use cloud GIS technology to realize the visualization and dynamic management of underground pipeline archives in urban underground pipeline archives management from perspectives of establishment of rules and regulations as well as design of management system.
