摘　　要："颜色管理法"是应用于企业经营管理过程的一种新型的可视化管理方法,讨论将其应用于企业档案预立卷中的必要性及优势,继而详细论述颜色区别法、颜色优劣法、颜色心理法在企业预立卷中的具体应用,以期规范企业档案预立卷流程,简化立卷归档程序,为档案专兼职人员带来便利。＂Color management method＂ is a new visual management method applied in the process of enterprise management. This paper discusses the necessity and advantages of applying it to the pre-filing of enterprise archives, and then discusses in detail the concrete application of color differentiation method, color superiority and inferiority method and color psychology method in the enterprise pre-filing in hope of standardizing the pre-filing process of enterprise archives, simplifying the archiving procedure and bringing convenience to the work of full-time and part-time archival personnel.
