摘　　要：长效奥曲肽是治疗生长激素型垂体腺瘤的有效治疗药物,因其药理作用、药物制剂以及药品价格的特殊性,在注射操作长效奥曲肽与一般的药物注射有很大的区别。本文从2012年3月起开始使用长效奥曲肽(善龙)治疗生长激素型垂体腺瘤,总结了一套长效奥曲肽注射操作方法,从用药前、中、后3个环节做好护理工作,结果显示确保了药物的疗效,本体会值得借鉴。Long-acting octreotide is an effective therapeutic agent for the treatment of growth hormone pituitary adenomas.Because of its feature of pharmacology, dosage form and high prices, long-acting octreotide are very different from generaldrug in injection operations. We began to use long-acting octreotide for the treatment of growth hormone pituitary adenomasfrom March 2012. We summary a series of injection procedures of long-acting octreotide. We performed with nursing carebefore, during, and after treatment. The method finally ensures its therapeutic effect.
