摘　　要：目的探讨嫌色细胞肾癌(chromophobe RCC,CRCC)的MRI表现。方法分析4例嫌色细胞肾癌患者MRI检查后的病灶形态特征及信号变化。结果 4例患者共4个病灶,病灶在T2加权像上表现为混杂高信号,内部有条索样分隔,增强扫描T2加权高信号区表现为延迟均匀强化,无囊变、坏死,不含脂肪脂质,有出血病变2例。结论嫌色细胞肾癌的少见MR特征为T2WI高信号,肿瘤整体信号不均匀,较小肿瘤也可见出血,肿瘤血供较丰富,增强扫描延迟期出现较均匀强化。Objective To investigate the rare MR imaging features of Chromophobe renal cell carcinoma （CRCC）.Methods 4 cases of CRCC confirmed by histopathology were retrospectively analyzed. The morphological characteristics and signal changes of the lesions were observed, including cystic changes, hemorrhage, necrosis, and enhancement mode.Results There were 4 patients with a total of 4 lesions. On the T 2-weighted images, lesions showed heterogeneous high signal and, inside, there was strip low signal, On delay enhancement imaging, high signal appeared on T 2 weighted performance uniform enhancement, no cystic change and necrosis were found, but 2 lesions had hemorrhage. Conclusion Rare MR features of CRCC were high signal intensity on T 2WI, overall signal is not uniform, small tumor may also have hemorrhage, this is not only a hypervascular tumor, but also homogenous enhancement on delay phase imaging.
