摘 要:物流业效率的提升是推进转型升级和供给侧结构性改革的关键。文章采用非参数DEA、Malmquist指数模型,测算了佛山市物流业综合技术效率、规模效率、纯技术效率以及Malmquist生产率指数,并深入分析了佛山物流业效率、效率变化和技术进步的成因。研究表明:佛山市物流业综合效率居省内中上水平,综合效率损失主要由规模效率引起,说明佛山物流业还存在经营规模偏小、基础设施整合不足等结构性矛盾;佛山物流业全要素生产率保持较快提升,但总体上呈下降趋势,技术进步依赖要素投入结构,发展模式较为粗放。Logistics efficiency is the key to promoting transformation and upgrading and the supply-side reform of logistics industry.Based on non-parametric DEA and Malmquist index models,this paper calculates the comprehensive technical efficiency,scale efficiency,pure technical efficiency and Malmquist productivity index,and analyzes the causes of the efficiency changes and technological progress of Foshan logistics industry.The study shows that the comprehensive efficiency of Foshan logistics industry is in the middle and upper level of Guangdong province,and the loss of the comprehensive efficiency is mainly caused by the scale efficiency,which indicates that the logistics industry in Foshan still has structural contradictions such as small scale,insufficient infrastructure integration,etc.The total factor productivity of Foshan logistics industry has maintained a rapid increase,but shown a downward trend.Technological progress relies on the structure of input elements,and the development mode of Foshan logistics industry remains extensive and insufficient.
