摘　　要：基于CORBA的网络化测量系统,可以满足网络化制造对测量系统敏捷性、开放性和柔性的要求,可以实现外部软件与测量设备的数据交换和信息共享,从而提高网络制造系统的生产率,优化制造过程。该文首先阐述当前测量系统的研究现状,然后提出基于CORBA和DMIS(the Dimensional Measuring Interface Standard)的网络化测量系统模型,最后定义出CORBA环境中的DMIS通信语义。Network measurement system based on CORBA, which enhances the reliability and productivity to optimize the manufacturing processes, can not only meet the need of openness and flexibility from network manufacturing, but also share information and exchange data between external software and measurement devices. This paper firstly discusses the research of measurement system, and then puts forward the model of network measurement system, finally, defines the DMIS communication semantics in CORBA environment.
