沙格列汀联合二甲双胍对多囊卵巢综合征疗效的研究

摘　　要：目的观察沙格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者的疗效。方法纳入96例PCOS患者,随机分为两组,对照组48例给予二甲双胍(0.5克/次,3次/天)单药治疗,联合治疗组48例给予二甲双胍(0.5克/次,3次/天)和沙格列汀(5毫克/次,1次/天)联合治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后的糖脂代谢指标和性激素水平。结果治疗6个月后两组患者的月经周期、体质量指数(BMI)、腰围(WC)、餐后2 h血糖(PBG)、空腹胰岛素(Fins)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、LH/FSH、睾酮(T)水平均明显下降,与对照组相比,联合治疗组HOMA-IR、TG、T下降更为明显。结论采用沙格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗PCOS患者效果更佳,可明显改善患者的代谢紊乱。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of saxagliptin in addition to metformin in treating PCOS. Methods 96 PCOS patients were enrolled and randomly assigned into two groups.48 patients in the control group were given metformin 0.5 g tid.48 patients in the intervention group were given metformin 0.5 g tid and saxagliptin 5 mg qd. Metabolic parameters and sex hormones were evaluated and compared before and after treatment. Results After 6 months’s treatment, patients of both groups exhibited improved menstrual cycles, body mass index （BMI）, waist circumference （WC）, 2hpostprandial blood glucose （PGB）, fasting insulin, HOMA-IR, total cholesterol （TC）, triglyceride （TG）, LH/FSH ratio, testosterone （T）. Patients in the intervention group had lower HOMA-IR, TG and T. Conclusion Saxagliptinin addition to metformin is more effective in treating PCOS and improving metabolicprofles,compared with metformin alone.[
