经皮椎间孔镜下腰椎间盘切除术术中配合及护理的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨经皮椎间孔镜下腰椎间盘切除术的术中配合及护理效果。方法选取80例腰椎间盘突出症患者分为对照组和研究组,比较不同时间段的疼痛程度及护理满意率。结果研究组患者在麻醉期间、软组织扩张及套管放置时的VAS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组护理满意率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论术中配合可有效减轻术中疼痛,提高护理质量,在经皮椎间孔镜下腰椎间盘切除术中具有重要意义。Objective To explore the intraoperative cooperation and nursing effect of percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic lumbar discectomy. Methods 80 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were selected and divided into control group and study group. The pain degree and nursing satisfaction rate at different time periods were compared. Results VAS scores during anesthesia, soft tissue expansion and cannula placement in the study group were signifcantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction rate of the study group was signifcantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Intraoperative cooperation can effectively alleviate intraoperative pain and improve the quality of nursing. It is of great signifcance in percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic lumbar discectomy.
