综合适应干预方案在首次膀胱肿瘤钬激光汽化切除术患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨综合适应干预方案在首次膀胱肿瘤钬激光汽化切除术患者中的应用效果。方法:采用随机数字法将92例首次膀胱肿瘤钬激光汽化切除术患者分为实验组和对照组各46例。对照组给予泌尿外科术后常规护理措施,实验组在术前1 d及术后第3、7、14天给予综合适应干预方案。干预前后采用疾病心理社会适应量表、健康调查简表(SF-36)评定两组患者疾病适应能力和生活质量。结果:两组干预后疾病心理社会适应总分及各维度得分均低于干预前(P <0. 05),且实验组低于对照组(P <0. 05);两组干预后生活质量得分均高于干预前(P <0. 05),且实验组高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论:综合适应干预能够增强首次膀胱肿瘤钬激光汽化切除术患者的疾病适应能力,提高其生活质量,值得推广。Objective：To explore the effects of comprehensive adaptive intervention in the first holmium laser vaporization resection of bladder tumors.Methods：A total of 92 patients with bladder cancer who underwent holmium laser vaporization for the first time were divided into experimental group and control group with 46 cases in each group by random number method.The control group was given routine nursing measures after urological surgery,while the experimental group was given comprehensive adaptive intervention program one day before operation and three,seven and fourteen days after operation.Psychosocial adaptation scale and SF 36 quality of life scale were used before and after the intervention to evaluate the disease adaptation ability and quality of life of the two groups.Results：The total scores of psychosocial adaptation and the scores of each dimension in the two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention（ P 〈 0.05 ）,and the scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group（ P 〈0.05）.The scores of quality of life in the two groups after intervention were higher than those before intervention（ P 〈0.05）,and the scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group（ P 〈0.05）.Conclusion：Comprehensive adaptive intervention can enhance the disease adaptability and improve the quality of life of patients with first holmium laser vaporization of bladder tumors,which is worthy of promotion.
