摘　　要：目的:分析心脏手术后患者重返心外ICU的原因,探讨相应护理对策。方法:回顾性分析41例心脏外科术后患者重返心外ICU的原因及危险因素,探讨相应护理对策。结果:重返心外ICU的主要原因包括低氧血症、心功能异常、神志改变、急性肾衰竭、胸骨裂开、消化道出血。结论:心脏手术后患者转出心外ICU,仍需要进行全方位精心护理和密切观察,做到及时发现、及早干预、及时解决问题,避免造成不可逆损害,确保患者生命安全。Objective：To analyze the causes of patients returning to extracardiac ICU after cardiac surgery and explore the corresponding nursing strategies.Methods：The causes and risk factors of 41 patients returning to extracardiac ICU after cardiac surgery were analyzed retrospectively,and the corresponding nursing countermeasures were discussed.Results： The main causes of returning to extracardiac ICU include hypoxemia,cardiac dysfunction,mental changes,acute renal failure,sternal dehiscence and gastrointestinal bleeding.Conclusion：When transferred to extracardiac ICU after cardiac surgery,patients still need comprehensive,meticulous nursing and close observation,so as to timely discovery,early intervention,timely problem solving,avoid irreversible damage and ensure the safety of patients＇ lives.
