摘 要:根据《化学分析中不确定度评估指南》对石墨炉原子吸收法测定皮蛋中铅含量的不确定度进行评定,找出影响不确定度的主要因素。结果表明:标准曲线拟合、测量的重复性、标准溶液稀释过程是该方法不确定度的主要来源。皮蛋中铅含量为0. 404 mg/kg时,其扩展不确定度为0. 036 mg/kg(k=2)。通过对不确定度的分析,建立了测定皮蛋中铅含量不确定度的分析方法,为合理评价本实验室检测结果提供了科学依据。The uncertainties of lead content in preserved egg were evaluated by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry,according to the evaluation guide of uncertainty in chemical analysis. The main effecting factors on the uncertainty were analyzed. The result showed that measurement uncertainties mainly came from the standard curve fitting,the measurement repeatability and the dilution process of standard solution. As lead content in preserved egg was0. 404 mg/kg,the expanded uncertainty was 0. 036 mg/kg( k = 2). Based on the analysis of uncertainty,the analytical method for determination of lead content uncertainty in leather eggs was established,which provided a scientific basis for evaluating the test results of the laboratory.
