摘　　要：药学本科综合一体化实验设计研究了的药学研究的整体性,对天然药物化学、药剂和药理实验教学作出总体规划,构建了大黄素提取、精制、分子模拟、片剂制备工艺和急性毒性实验一体化实验项目。探讨药学实验整体的衔接过程,实现专业课程体系的融合,体现以目标产物作为一体化实验的主线,使药学实验教学具有连续性、创造性和科学性,实现了培养药学本科学生整体思维、提高学生综合创新能力。The unity of experimental design at pharmacy undergraduate and the overall plan for experimental teaching of Natural Medicine Chemistry,Pharmaceuticals and Pharmacology were studied. The integrated experimental project of extraction,purification,molecular simulation,tablet preparation and acute toxicity test was constructed. The whole convergence process of pharmaceutical experiment was discussed,the integration of professional curriculum system was realized,the target product as the main line of integrated experiment was embodied,making pharmaceutical experiment teaching continuous,creative and scientific,and the cultivation of the overall thinking of pharmaceutical undergraduates and the improvement of students comprehensive innovation ability were realized.
