摘 要:针对危化品安全评价中传统安全评价方法存在的问题,引入灰色理论,阐述了灰色关联分析、灰色聚类评估、灰色系统预测三种方法。以危化品为研究对象,应用灰色关联分析对某一危化品爆炸事件进行相应的安全评价,并综合各种影响因素,从四个方面对我国5个省的危化品运输事故进行聚类评估分析,最后对某地区2018和2019年危化品爆炸伤亡人数做了灰色系统预测。验证了灰色理论在危化品安全评价中的应用可行性,可为危化品安全评价提供参考。In order to solve the problems existing in the traditional safety evaluation methods of dangerous chemicals,the grey theory was introduced to expound three methods: grey correlation analysis,grey clustering evaluation and grey system prediction. Dangerous goods as the research object,applied grey relation analysis to a corresponding safety evaluation for bombings,combined with various factors,the transportation accidents of hazardous chemicals in 5 provinces of China were cluster analyzed and evaluated from four aspects,a grey system prediction was made for the number of casualties of hazardous chemicals in 2018 and 2019. The application feasibility of grey theory in safety evaluation of chemical products was verified,which can provide reference for safety evaluation of chemical products.
