摘　　要：目的:探究两种腹壁切口对再次剖宫产手术的影响。方法:选取2015年4月至2017年4月南海区第五人民医院接收的再次剖宫产产妇226例作为研究对象,根据首次剖宫产腹壁横纵切口方式分为两组,每组113例,对照组采用腹壁横切口;观察组则采用腹壁纵切口,比较两组手术效果。结果:观察组产妇的开腹时间、手术时间、新生儿娩出时间明显短于对照组;而术中出血量明显少于对照组;且产妇盆腔粘连发生情况均低于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:在首次剖宫产腹壁纵切口产妇中,再次实施腹壁纵向切口,不仅可以降低手术难度,而且能够降低手术对产妇、新生儿造成的伤害,进而有效提高剖宫产手术成功率。Objective To investigate the effect of two abdominal incisions on the operation of cesarean section. MethodsFrom April 2015 to April 2017, women received cesarean section again during April 226 as the research object, according to the fi rst cesarean delivery way of transverse and longitudinal incision group, control group adopts the abdominal wall transverse mouth, while the team using longitudinal incision, compared two groups of operation effect. Results The opening time of the study group, the time of operation and the time of delivery of the newborn were signifi cantly shorter than the control group. The intraoperative blood loss was signifi cantly lower than the control group. Moreover, the occurrence of pelvic adhesion in puerpera was lower than that in the control group, and there was signifi cant difference between the groups, and there was a statistical signifi cance. Conclusion In the fi rst cesarean section in the maternal abdominal wall longitudinal incision, implementation of longitudinal incision again, can not only reduce the operation diffi culty, but also can reduce the operation of maternal, newborn, and improve the success rate of cesarean section surgery, is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
