摘　　要：茅威涛，中国非物质文化遗产越剧传承人，中国戏剧家协会副主席，曾任浙江小百花越剧团团长，现任百越文化创意有限公司董事长。从艺40年，曾五次荣获文化部颁发“文华表演奖”，两次荣获中国戏剧。梅花奖”后又荣获“梅花大奖”。代表作：《五女拜寿》、《陆游与唐琬》、《西厢记》、新版《梁山伯与祝英台》等。A celebrated Yueju Opera artist born in 1962 with a career for nearly 40 years, Mao Weitao embodies perfection, innovation, ambition, dedication. She also presents some small but fascinating contradictions： she is a woman, but she appears as a man onstage; she is an artist and she is an able-minded administrator; she promotes Chinese culture, but she has a passion for coffee and we noticed her blue fingernails in the interview for this report.
