摘  要:目的建立同时测定复肝宁片中芍药苷和绿原酸含量的高效液相色谱法(HPLC)。方法采用SHISEIDO CAPCELL PAK C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱;以乙腈-[水-磷酸-三乙胺(85:0.08:0.08)](17:83)为流动相;柱温35℃;流速1.0 ml/min;芍药苷检测波长230 nm,绿原酸检测波长327 nm。结果芍药苷在0.00582~0.1164 mg/ml范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.55%,RSD=1.98%(n=9);绿原酸在0.02 939~0.5 878 mg/ml范围内有良好的线性关系(r=1.0000),平均回收率96.92%,RSD=1.63%(n=9)。结论本方法简便、快速、准确、重复性好,可用于复肝宁片质量控制。Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of paeoniflorin and chlorogenic acid in Fuganning Tablets simultaneously. Methods A SHISEIDO CAPCELL PAK C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used with acetonitrile-[water-phosphoric acid-three ethylamine (85:0.08:0.08)](17:83) as mobile phase at 35 ℃, the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min, the detection wavelengths of paeoniflorin and chlorogenic acid were 230 nm and 327 nm, respectively. Results The linear range was 0.00 582-0.1 164 mg/ml (r=0.9999) for paeoniflorin, the average recovery was 98.55 %, with RSD of 1.98 % (n=9).The linear range was 0.02 939-0.5 878 mg/ml (r=1.0000) for chlorogenic acid, the average recovery was 96.92 %, with RSD of 1.63% (n=9). Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of Fuganning Tablets.
