摘　　要：目的比较内镜辅助腋窝入路高位双平面隆乳术与内镜辅助腋窝入路低位隆乳术的疗效。方法将86例行隆乳术患者随机分为A组与B组各43例,A组行内镜辅助腋窝入路高位双平面隆乳术,B组行内镜辅助腋窝入路低位隆乳术,对两组患者术后疼痛评分、美学评分及并发症发生率进行观察。结果 A组患者术后VAS评分优于B组(P <0.05);A组患者术后3个月、6个月的美学评分明显较B组高(P <0.05);A组患者术后并发症发生率为6.98%,明显低于B组23.26%(P<0.05)。结论内镜辅助腋窝入路高位双平面隆乳术可精准剥离手术区域,也能取得满意美学效果,值得推广。Objective To compare the effcacy of endoscopic assisted axillary approach with high biplane grandemectomy and endoscopically assisted axillary approach for lower augmentation. Methods 86 patients undergoing breast augmentation were randomly divided into group A and group B.43 cases in each group.Group A was treated with endoscopic assisted axillary approach for high biplane augmentation, and group B was treated with endoscopic assisted axillary approach for lower augmentation.Postoperative pain scores, aesthetic scores, and complication rates were observed in both groups. Results The VAS score of patients in group A was better than that in group B （P 〈 0.05）.The aesthetic scores of the patients in group A at 3 months and 6 months were signifcantly higher than those in group B （P 〈0.05）.The incidence of postoperative complications in group A was 6.98%, which was signifcantly lower than that in group B 23.26% （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Endoscopic assisted axillary approach High-level biplane breast augmentation can accurately peel off the surgical area, and can also achieve satisfactory aesthetic effects, which is worth promoting.
