摘　　要：目的分析瘢痕切除联合中厚皮移植整形手术对深Ⅱ度烧伤愈合后瘢痕畸形患者关节功能的疗效。方法选择50例于2016年2月至2017年2月来济源市人民医院就诊的深Ⅱ度烧伤愈合后瘢痕畸形患者,随机分为对照组(n=25例)和观察组(n=25例)。对照组给予常规治疗+功能锻炼,观察组在对照组的基础上给予瘢痕切除+中厚皮移植整形手术。评估两组的临床总有效率、术后一年关节恢复状况及患者对治疗的满意度。结果治疗后观察组的总有效为100.00%,高于对照组的76.00%(P <0.05);术后一年观察组的关节功能恢复情况优于对照组(P <0.05);术后一年观察组对治疗的满意率(96.00%)高于对照组(76.00%)(P <0.05)。结论对深Ⅱ度烧伤愈合后瘢痕畸形患者采用瘢痕切除联合中厚皮移植整形手术治疗,可有效改善皮肤美观及肢体功能,提高患者的满意率。Objective To analyze the effect of scar excision combined with mid-thickness skin grafting on joint function in patients with deep second degree burn scar deformity. Methods 50 cases of deep second degree burn scar deformity were randomly divided into control group （n = 25 cases） and observation group （n = 25 cases）. The control group was given routine treatment plus functional exercise, while the observation group was given scar excision plus skin grafting plastic surgery on the basis of the control group. The total clinical effciency, postoperative recovery rate and satisfaction degree of the two groups were evaluated. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 100.00%, higher than 76.00% of the control group （P〈 0.05）; one year after operation, the recovery of joint function of the observation group was better than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）; one year after operation, the satisfaction rate of the observation group （96.00%） was higher than that of the control group （76.00%） （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Scar excision combined with mid-thickness skin grafting can effectively improve the skin appearance and limb function, and improve the satisfaction rate of patients with deep second degree burns.
