摘  要:目的分析鼻唇沟皮瓣联合耳廓复合组织瓣修复鼻翼缺损的治疗效果。方法选择2015年5月-2016年5月我院收治的18例鼻翼缺损者研究对象,拟使用鼻唇沟皮瓣联合耳廓复合组织瓣修复术进行治疗,分析结果。结果患者的平均随访时间为1年。受试者的软骨组织以及皮瓣全部存活。2例患者的鼻唇沟皮瓣远端切口缘发生坏死,厚结痂。实施换药、清除结痂之后,痊愈。12例接受鼻唇沟皮瓣联合耳廓复合组织瓣修复术之后的鼻翼缘临近正常状态,鼻部外形和鼻孔对称。6例耳廓复合组织与鼻翼缘弧度不够,鼻孔呈现出轻度不对称现象。结论对于鼻翼缺损者,使用鼻唇沟皮瓣联合耳廓复合组织瓣修复术加以处理,能取得满意成效,安全性强,有效性高,可进一步在临床中推广使用。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of nasolabial fold flap combined with auricle composite tissue flap for repairing nasal alar defect. Methods Eighteen patients with alar defect diagnosed in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were enrolled. The nasolabial fold flap combined with auricular composite tissue flap was used for treatment. The results were analyzed. Results The average follow-up time for patients was 1 year. The subject’s cartilage tissue and flaps all survived. In 2 patients, the distal incision edge of the nasolabial flap was necrotic and thick. After the dressing change and removal of scarring, healed. Twelve patients underwent nasal nasolabial flap combined with auricular composite tissue flap repair, and the nasal flange was close to normal, and the nasal shape and nostrils were symmetrical. Six cases of auricle complex tissue and the nasal flange were not enough, and the nostrils showed mild asymmetry. Conclusion For patients with alar defect, the treatment of nasolabial flap combined with auricular composite tissue flap can achieve satisfactory results, safety and high effectiveness, which can be further promoted in clinical practice.
