摘　　要：目的探讨Histoacryl组织胶水在开放性伤口闭合的疗效观察。方法回顾性分析对我院急诊外科2000例皮肤开放性伤口经过手法复位或者单纯缝合达到复位的开放性伤口;患者使用组织胶水粘合法与传统缝合法对照研究,观察患者伤口愈合疗效及疤痕形成情况。结果所有使用组织胶水的患者伤口无裂开,无感染,无术后并发症,伤口愈合良好均为甲级愈合。通过4周的随访,临床效果满意。结论使用组织胶水伤口闭合的优点:具有手术时间短,疼痛感低,方法简单,疗效确切,方便患者,经济实惠,伤口愈合美观程度明显高于缝合法。是现代外科伤口闭合的新理念,新方法。值得临床推广。Objective To observe the effect of Histoacryl tissue glue on wound closure. Methods a retrospective analysis was performed on 2000 cases of open skin wounds in the emergency department of our hospital. In this study, the effects of wound healing and scar formation were observed. Results all the patients with tissue glue had no dehiscence, infection and postoperative complications. After 4 weeks of follow-up, the clinical effect was satisfactory. Conclusion the advantages of using tissue glue for wound closure are as follows： short operation time, low pain, simple method, accurate curative effect, convenient for patients, economical and affordable, and the wound healing aesthetic degree is signifcantly higher than that of suture. It is a new idea and new method of modern surgical wound closure. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
