高强度窄谱红光联合阿维A治疗寻常痤疮的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探究联合应用高强度窄谱红光、阿维A对寻常痤疮的治疗效果。方法选择我院2016年12月至2018年5月收治的150例轻中度寻常痤疮患者,采用随机数字表法将这些患者均分为红光组、阿维A组及联合组;红光组患者单独采用高强度窄谱红光进行治疗,阿维A组单独采用口服阿维A进行治疗,联合组采用高强度窄谱红光、阿维A口服联合治疗;在治疗后2、4、8周进行疗效评价,并随访12周观察其复发情况。结果在治疗2周后,三组患者的治疗有效率无差异(P>0.05),阿维A组和光动力治疗组有效率比较也无差异(P>0.05);在治疗4周后联合组有效率高于阿维A组(P<0.05)和光动力治疗组(P<0.05),光动力治疗组有效率高于阿维A组(P<0.05);治疗8周后,联合组有效率高于阿维A组(P<0.05)和光动力治疗组(P<0.05),光动力治疗组有效率高于阿维A组(P<0.05);在第12周随访时,发现联合组复发率明显低于其他两组(P<0.05)。结论采用高强度窄谱红光联合阿维A口服对寻常痤疮的疗效要优于单用两种治疗方法的效果。Objective Explore the combined use of high-intensity narrow-spectrum red light, Acitretin for the treatment of acne vulgaris. Methods 150 patients with mild to moderate acne vulgaris admitted to our hospital from December 2016 to May 2018 were randomly divided into red light group, Acitretin group and joint group by random number table method.The patients in the red light group were treated with high-intensity narrow-spectrum red light alone. The avivin group was treated with oral acitretin alone, and the combined group was treated with high-intensity narrow-spectrum red light and acitretin.The effcacy was evaluated at 2, 4, and 8 weeks after treatment, and the recurrence was observed after 12 weeks of follow-up.Results After 2 weeks of treatment, there was no difference in the treatment effciency between the three groups （P〉0.05）, and there was no difference in the effciency between the Acitretin group and the photodynamic treatment group （P〉0.05）.After 2 weeks of treatment, there was no difference in the treatment efficiency between the three groups （P〉0.05）, and there was no difference in the efficiency between the Acitretin group and the photodynamic treatment group （P〉0.05）.After 8 weeks of treatment, the combined group was more effective than the Acitretin group （P〈0.05） and the photodynamic therapy group （P〈0.05）. The photodynamic therapy group was more effective than the Acitretin group （P〈0.05）.At the 12th week of follow-up, the recurrence rate was signifcantly lower in the combined group than in the other two groups （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion The use of high-intensity narrow-spectrum red light combined with acitretin for oral acne is superior to the effect of two treatments alone.
