复方甘草酸苷联合硫酸羟氯喹治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎效果及不良反应率分析

摘　　要：目的探究复方甘草酸苷联合硫酸羟氯喹治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎效果及不良反应率。方法选取92例在我院门诊接受面部激素依赖性皮炎治疗的患者作为研究对象,根据入院治疗时间的先后,分为常规组(46例)与干预组(46例),给予常规组患者复方甘草酸苷治疗,给予干预组患者复方甘草酸苷联合硫酸羟氯喹治疗,对比两组症状积分、治疗效果、不良反应、心理状态。结果治疗后,干预组患者的症状积分明显低于常规组的症状积分,具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。干预组患者的治疗有效率(84.78%)明显高于常规组(60.87%),具有统计学意义(P <0.05)干预组患者的不良反应发生率(2.17%)与常规组(8.70%)相比,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论选择复方甘草酸苷联合硫酸羟氯喹对面部激素依赖性皮炎进行治疗,改善临床症状,具有显著治疗效果。Objective To investigate the effcacy and adverse reaction rate of Compound Glycyrrhizin Combined with hydroxychloroquine sulfate in the treatment of facial hormone-dependent dermatitis. Methods 92 patients with facial hormone dependent dermatitis treated in our hospital were divided into routine group （46 cases） and intervention group （46 cases） according to the time of admission. The patients in the routine group were treated with compound glycyrrhizin, and the patients in the intervention group were treated with compound glycyrrhizin combined with hydroxychloroquine sulfate. The symptom score, therapeutic effect, adverse reaction and psychological state of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the symptom score in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the routine group（P 〈 0.05）. The effective rate of treatment in the intervention group （84.78%） was signifcantly higher than that in the routine group （60.87%）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the intervention group （2.17%） was signifcantly higher than that in the routine group （8.70%）（P 〈 0.05）. The difference was not statistically signifcant（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Compound glycyrrhizin combined with hydroxychloroquine sulfate was used to treat facial hormone dependent dermatitis.
