微针联合射频治疗黄褐斑的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨微针联合射频治疗黄褐斑的临床效果及不良反应。方法 2017年1月-2018年1月期间笔者收治的黄褐斑患者,42名患者纳入联合治疗组,同期只接受微针治疗黄褐斑的23名患者纳入对照组。联合治疗组(微针联合射频治疗):微针治疗,两周后射频治疗,再两周后微针治疗,为一个疗程;连续进行6个疗程治疗;对照组患者只接受微针治疗,两周治疗一次,连续治疗6次。治疗效果由临床医生进行综合评估,患者进行满意度评估。结果联合治疗组36例显效,3例有效,无效3例,总有效率92.86%。对照组:显效13例,有效5,无效5例,有效率78.26%。组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论微针联合射频治疗黄褐斑疗效好,无不良反应,可以临床推广应用。Objective To observe micro needle injection together with radio frequency as a combination therapy in treating Melasma. Methods A total of 65 patients clinical diagnosed as Melasma, randomly divided into control group （micro needle treatment） and combination therapy treatment group （micro needle and raido frequency treatment）. Combination treatment group： （n=42） South Korea DermaShine model for Panasl-Ds-101 generation, Martha 5 beard needle head apparatus, injection drug use hyaluronic acid above injection （not in chain type）. Micro needle treatment followed by sensitive expert radio frequency treatment is a course. Combination group accepted 6 courses. For control group, patients received micro needle treatment every two weeks, 6 treatment in total. Clinical effcacy and recurrence of the two groups were analyzed. Results In the combined treatment group, 36 cases were markedly effective, 3 cases were effective and 3 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 92.86%. Control group： 13 cases were markedly effective, 5 cases were effective, 5 cases were ineffective, the effective rate was 78.26%. The total effective rate of the group was higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Clinical curative effect of combination micro needle with radio frequency in treating melisma is good, with no side effect, worthy to recommend this therapy to clinical use.
