摘　　要：未来一二十年里经济发生的变化,不仅取决于科技的发展,还取决于中央政府政策和地方政府政策,尤其是税收政策。面向未来的好的经济政策不仅惠及长远,而且可以在短时间内能够让经济和产业产生不小的变化。The economic changes in the next decade or two will depend not only on the development of science andtechnology, but also on the policies of the central government and local governments, especially tax policies. Good economicpolicies for the future not only benefit the long-term, but also bring about great changes in the economy and industry in ashort period of time.
