摘  要:为提高宽幅织机自动化、智能化程度和织网的质量,介绍其工艺原理和结构特点;针对现有宽幅织机结构特点和技术难点,设计以PLC为核心的分布式控制系统,就其操作监控层、控制层、传输层和运动层给出控制系统的硬件组成和驱动程序设计方案,并设计开口机构、送经/卷取机构控制系统。指出:分布式电气控制系统的开口机构可实现多臂机构快速、稳定地开口;送经/卷取机构的两个闭环控制能稳定织网张力的控制;该系统维修方便,织机的工作稳定性和聚酯网的生产质量得到提升。In order to improve the automation and intellectualization of wide loom and the weaving web quality,introduction is done to the technological principle and structural characteristics.Considering the structural characteristics and technical difficulties of the existing wide looms,a distributed control system with PLC as the core is designed,and the control system with hardware and driving programme is introduced including its operation monitoring layer,control layer,transmission layer and motion layer,and the shedding mechanism,let-off/take-up mechanism is also introduced.It is pointed out that the shedding mechanism of the distributed electric control system can realize the rapid and stable opening of the dobby mechanism,the two closed-loop control of the let-off/take-up mechanism can stabilize the control of the weaving web tension,the system is easy to maintain,the stability of the loom and the production quality of the polyester web are improved.
