细纱新型牵伸器材专件的探讨

摘　　要：为了提高纺纱质量和纺纱牵伸器材的使用寿命,介绍新型胶辊、前区集合器、前后区压力棒、新型下销和加长上销等新型牵伸器材在材质、规格、控制位置上进行的利于提高纺纱质量的优化方法,对比分析新型器材专件的优缺点,从牵伸力学角度详细阐述器材专件的质量改善机理与负面作用。指出:在纺纱器材专件制造中应用新型材料,可提高其适纺性能和工艺性能,但要注意材料的适应性和稳定性;应用新型牵伸器材专件对稳定控制牵伸过程作用积极,能改善纱线条干CV值、IPI疵点和毛羽等;安装调试是正确发挥器材专件效能的关键,力、速度、距离三要素合理设计和相互配合是牵伸达到高质、高效的关键;原料是决定纱线质量的第一要素,工艺处理绝不会增加原料的性能优势,优良的工艺处理和合理的器材配置不但不会使原料性能优势遭到破坏,相反能将原料性能优势延续到纱线上。In order to improve the spinning quality and the service life of spinning drafting accesories,this paper introduces the optimization methods of material,specification and control position of new drafting accessories including cots,front collector,front and rear pressure bar,new bottom apron and extended top apron crandle,which is beneficial to the improvement of spinning quality,and comparative analysis is done to the advantages and disadvantages of the new accessories and special parts.From the perspective of drafting mechanics,the quality improvement mechanism and negative effects of accessories and special parts are expounded in details.It is pointed out that the application of new materials in the manufacture of spinning accessories and special parts can improve spinning performance and technological properties,but close attention should be given to the adaptability and stability of the materials.Application of new drafting accessories and special parts play an active role in stabilizing and controlling the drafting process,and can improve the CV value of yarn evenness,IPI defects and hairiness,etc.Installation and commissioning are the keys to give full play to the efficiency of the accessories and special parts.Rational design and coordination of force,speed and distance are the keys to achieve high quality and high efficiency in drafting.Material is the first important for yarn quality,and process treatment will never increase the performance advantages of raw materials.Excellent process treatment and reasonable accessories configuration not only explores the potentials of raw materials, but also extends the performance advantage of the material to yarn quality.
