浅谈赐来福公司AUTOCONER X5型自动络筒机的应用实践

摘　　要：为提高筒纱质量和络筒效率、降低成本和能耗,介绍赐来福公司AUTOCONER X5型全自动络筒机的特点,即:操作简单、单锭控制、在线检测方便、捻接动作稳定可靠等,可从机台清洁、专人巡查、揩车和状态维修等方面进行维护;结合生产R 9.8tex-19纱实践,从原纱质量指标及捻接质量要求、工艺优化设置及生产效率等方面进行分析,说明应从加强设备日常维护、优化工艺设置、强化操作管理等方面管好、用好自动络筒机,以实现企业经济效益最大化,满足行业结构调整需求。In order to improve yarn quality,winding efficiency,and reduce cost and energy consumption,introduction is made to the machine cleaning,special inspection,condition-based maintenance,and the advantages of Schlafhorst AUTOCONER X5 regarding simple operation,single spindle control and convenient on-line detection,stable and reliable splicing action.Considering the production practice of R 9.8 tex-19 yarn,the quality index of raw yarn,requirements of splicing quality,process optimization and production efficiency are analyzed.It is pointed out that the autoconer should be well managed and used in the aspects of strengthening daily maintenance,optimizing process and strengthening operation and management,which can maximize the economic benefits of enterprises and meet the needs of industrial structural adjustment.
