赐来福AC6 RM型自动络筒机倒纱装置的改造

摘　　要：为了满足批量大、任务紧的生产需要,将赐来福AC6RM型自动络筒机进行改造用于筒纱倒纱,针对该装置筒纱退绕张力大的问题,通过对硬件、软件及操作3个方面进行改造,制作倒纱装置底座、增加气圈限制装置、拆卸固定螺钉、自制专用穿纱钩,纱库型模式修改为倒纱模式,并对后续出现的气圈限制装置表面窝沟刮纱、个别单锭间歇性网纱和攀头问题进行跟进并制定相应措施。指出:改进后的倒纱装置退绕张力均衡,操作方便,生产效率高,拆卸安装便捷,纱库型与倒纱型切换方便,一机两用;减少倒纱路线上的拐点,控制退绕张力更加自如;倒纱后筒纱外管良好,但目前该倒纱装置改造仅适用于AC6RM型自动络筒机。In order to meet the needs of large batch and urgent task,the Schlafhorst autoconer AC6 RM was modified and applied to the bobbin rewinding.Aiming at the problem of big rewinding tension of the bobbin yarn,modification is done from the three aspects including hardware,software and operation such as making the base of the yarn rewinder,balloon limiting device,removing fixed screw,making special yarn wire,changing the mode of yarn bank into rewinding mode.The following problems such as scraping yarn caused with pit and fissures on the surface of balloon limiting device,and individual single spindle intermittent grenadine and climbing head,and corresponding measures are proposed.It is pointed out that the improved rewinder is characterized as balanced rewinding tension,convenient operation,high efficiency and convenient disassembly and installation,and it is convenient to switch between the yarn banking and the yarn rewinding.The device reduces the inflexion point of the rewinding route and controls the rewinding tension more freely,and the rewinded bobbin yarn looks good,and the rewinding device is specially suitable for autoconer AC6 RM.
