摘  要:研究了非对称高斯受限势量子阱中弱耦合磁极化子基态能量的性质.应用线性组合算符和幺正变换方法,导出了弱耦合极化子基态能量随磁场的回旋频率和非对称高斯量子阱受限势的宽度的变化关系.以GaAs半导体为例,表明:回旋频率和受限势的宽度是表征高斯量子阱中弱耦合磁极化子基态能量性质的重要的物理量.The properties of the ground state energy of the weak-coupling magnetopolaron in a asymmetrical Gaussianpotential quantum well were studied. The relations of the ground state energy of weak-coupling polaron with the cyclotron frequency of magnetic field and the width of the asymmetrical Gaussian potential quantum well confinement potential were derived using an linear combination operator and unitary transformation methods. Selecting a GaAs semiconductor crystal, numerical calculations are performed and the results show that the cyclotron frequency of magnetic field and the width of the Ganssian confinement potential quantum well are important physical quantities for noticing the properties of the ground state energy of weak-coupling magnetopolaron.
