摘 要:本工作研究了赝量子点晶体中强耦合极化子性质.利用Pekar类型的变分方法讨论了二维电子气的化学势和库仑杂质势的强度对赝量子点中强耦合极化子的基态能量的影响.对RbCl赝量子点晶体进行数值计算,结果显示二维电子气的化学势和库仑杂质势的强度是研究赝量子点中强耦合极化子性质的重要物理因素.The properties of strong-coupling polaron in a quantum pseudodot were studied. The influence of the chemical potential of the two-dimensional electron gat and the strength of the Coulomb impurity potential on the ground state energy of strong-coupling polaron in a quantum pseudodot was studied using the variational method of Pekar type. Numerical calculations for RbCl crystal in a quantum pseudodot were performed as an example. The two-dimensional electron gat and the strength of the Coulomb impurity potential were found to be important physical factors for studying the properties of strong-coupling polaron in the quantum pseudodot.
