摘  要:针对影响桦褐孔菌多糖提取的主要因素,通过SPSS正交分析,结合单因素试验确定了最优提取方案.结果表明,料液比为1∶35,提取温度60℃,pH=5.0,提取时间5 h,多糖提取率14.568%;各因素的影响力为,温度>pH>料液比>提取时间,为桦褐孔菌多糖提取提供了基础数据.Main elements in effecting polysaccharide extraction from the mushroom Inonotus obliquus were investigated. The optimal extraction scheme was determined by SPSS orthogonal analysis and single factor test. The results showed that polysaccharide extraction rate is 14.568% at 60℃ of extraction temperature, 5 h of extraction time, pH= 5.0 and 1:35 of ratio of material to liquid. At this time, the effects of various factors on the polysaccharide were classifted as: temperature 〉 pH 〉 ratio of material to liquid 〉 extracting time, which provides basic data for extracting polysaccharide of Inonotus obliquus.
