消肿止痛合剂配合消定膏治疗急性创伤性三角纤维软骨复合体损伤疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察消肿止痛合剂配合陇中消定膏治疗急性创伤性三角纤维软骨复合体(TFCC)损伤的临床效果及安全性。方法:将TFCC损伤患者96例按就诊顺序分为消肿止痛合剂口服+消定膏外敷组(治疗1组),消定膏外敷组(治疗2组),复方七叶皂苷钠凝胶外用对照组(对照组),治疗2个疗程后评价疗效及安全性。结果:总有效率治疗1组为93.8%,治疗2组为90.6%,对照组为78. 1%,3组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论:陇中消肿止痛合剂配合消定膏可有效缓解TFCC损伤常见的临床表现,疗效优于单纯使用消定膏及复方七叶皂苷钠凝胶,并具有安全性高、副作用少等优势。Objective： To observe clinical effects and the safety of XiaoZhong ZhiTong mixture and LongZhongXiaoDing ointment in treating acute traumatic triangular fibrocartilage complex （TFCC） injury. Methods： All 96 pa-tients with TFCC injury were randomized into the group of oral administration of XiaoZhong ZhiTong mixture andexternal application of LongZhong XiaoDing ointment（the treatment group one）, the group of external application ofLongZhong XiaoDing ointment （the treatment group two） and the control group of compound Aescinate sodium gelfor external use. Clinical effects and the safety were assessed after two courses. Results： Total effective rate of thetreatment group one was 93.8%, higher than 90.6% of the treatment group two and 78.1% of the control group andthe difference showed statisticalmeaning among three groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： XiaoDingointment and XiaoZhongZhiTong mixture could effectively relieve common clinical manifestations of TFCC injury, and owns the advantagesof high safety, fewer side-effects and others.
