摘　　要：目的:了解兰州市健康成年人幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)感染在性别、年龄中的差异。方法:收集2014年5月5日至2015年7月28日在某医院健康体检中心参加体检的健康成年人3 309例,用13C呼气试验检测Hp感染情况,分析Hp感染在性别、年龄中的差异。结果:在同一年龄组中,男性和女性Hp感染率差异均无统计学意义(P>0. 05)。不同年龄组Hp感染率比较在男性中差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05),在女性中差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论:兰州市健康成年人Hp感染与性别无相关性;男性Hp感染与年龄无关,女性Hp感染与年龄相关。Objective： To know the gender and ages differences existed in Hp-infection among healthy adultsin Lanzhou city. Methods： All 3 309 healthy adults who participated in healthy examination in healthyexamination center of our hospital were collected from May 5 th, 2014 to June 28 th, 2015, the Hp-infectionconditions were detected by 13C breath test to analyze Hp-infection differences existed in the gender and ages.Results： In the same age group, the difference of the Hp-infection rate had no statistical meaning between female andmale（P〉0.05）. When the Hp-infection rates were compared between different age groups, the difference had nostatistical meaning in the comparisons among male（P〉0.05）, the difference had statistical meaning in thecomparisons among the female （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Hp-infection of healthy adults in Lanzhou city is not relatedto the gender;male Hp-infection is not connected to the age while female Hp-infection is related to the age.
