摘　　要：通过3则验案以及69例踝关节骨折伴下胫腓联合分离整复方法的回顾性分析,探讨赵道洲"侧旋复位法"整复踝关节骨折伴下胫腓联合分离应用心得,赵道洲认为"侧旋复位法"治疗伴有下胫腓联合分离的踝关节骨折有较高的成功率,无创,患者痛苦小、费用低,建议临床首先应用。By retrospectively analyzing three effective cases and the reduction methods for 69 patients sufferingankle fracture associated with separation of inferior tibiofibular syndesmosis, Zhao Daozhou＇s experience of applying＂lateral rotation reduction method＂ to ankle fracture associated with separation of inferior tibiofibular syndesmosiswas discussed, he thought that lateral rotation reduction method in treating ankle fracture associated with separationof inferior tibiofibular syndesmosis possessed the advantages of higher success rate, no wound, little pain and lowcost, clinical application is suggested initially.
