中西医结合治疗Ⅲ～Ⅳ期胃癌疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗Ⅲ～Ⅳ期胃癌的临床治疗效果。方法:将Ⅲ～Ⅳ期胃癌患者96例采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各48例,对照组予常规西药化疗,研究组在此基础上应用中药半夏泻心汤加减治疗。比较2组患者的临床疗效、生活质量评分变化情况及不良反应。结果:研究组总有效率、生活质量提高状况均高于对照组,不良反应少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论:中药半夏泻心汤加减联合西药化疗治疗Ⅲ～Ⅳ期胃癌疗效优于常规西药化疗。Objective： To discuss clinical effects of combined therapy of Chinese and Western medicine in thetreatment for gastric cancer at stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ. Methods： A total of 96 patients were separated into the control groupand the experiment group according to random number table method, the control group were given conventionalWestern medicine chemotherapy, and the experiment group treated by modified BanXia XieXin decoction on thebase. Clinical effects, the scores of quality of life and adverse reaction of both groups were compared. Results： Theexperiment group was higher than the control group in total effective rate and the improvements of quality of life,less than the control group in adverse reaction, and the difference showed statistical meaning（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Modified BanXia XieXin decoction combined with conventional Western medicine chemotherapy is superior to onlyconventional Western medicine chemotherapy in treating gastric cancer at stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ.
