HPLC法测定肾安胶囊中迷迭香酸的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立测定肾安胶囊中迷迭香酸含量的高效液相色谱法。方法:采用Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 (150mm×4. 6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,乙腈-0. 1%磷酸溶液(17∶83)为流动相,流速:1 m L/min,检测波长为330 nm,柱温30℃。结果:迷迭香酸在11. 7914～235. 8274μg (r=0. 9998)范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系;平均加样回收率(n=6)为99. 5%,RSD为0. 3%。结论:所建立的方法简便可行,结果准确可靠,可用于肾安胶囊中迷迭香酸的含量测定。Objective To establish a method for detecting Rosmarinic acid in Shen an capsules with RP-HPLC. Methods The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile -0.1% phosphoric acid aqueous solution （17∶ 83）, The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the detective wavelength was 330 nm and the column temperature was 30℃. Results The linear range of the method was 11.7914～235.8274 μg, the average recovery was 99.5%, RSD was 0.3%. Conclusion This method is simple, fast and efficient, which will be used to provide accurate, scientific quality control for Shen an capsule.
