摘  要:目的:优化水蒸汽蒸馏法提取莪术挥发油的工艺条件。方法:采用单因素实验考察莪术药材粒度、浸提时间、料液比三个因素的影响及合理范围,采用正交试验优化工艺条件。结果:在实验条件下,最优工艺参数为药材粒度10~20目,提取时间10 h,料液比1∶10。在此条件下,莪术油得率可达到2. 40%左右。结论:优化的工艺条件稳定、可靠,可提高莪术药材的利用效率。Objective To optimize the extraction process of essential oil by steam distillation from Curcuma. Method Effects of granularity of Curcuma powder, extraction time and ratio of drug to solvent on yield of Curcuma essential oil and their reasonable ranges were investigated by single factor test. The extraction process was optimized by using orthogonal test. Result Under experimental condition, the optimum process conditions were Curcuma powder 10~20 mesh, extraction time 10 h, ratio of drug to solvent 1∶ 10. With the optimum process conditions, the yield of Curcuma essential oil can reach 2.40%. Conclusion The optimized extraction process is stable and reliable, by which the utilization efficiency of Curcuma medical material can be improved.
