药用植物双参中环烯醚萜类成分研究

摘　　要：目的:对药用植物双参的环烯醚萜类成分进行研究。方法:通过AB-8型大孔吸附树脂、ODS、硅胶以及Sephadex LH-20等方法对双参提取物进行纯化,利用核磁共振对得到的化合物结构进行鉴定。结果:从双参提取物中分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为马钱苷元(1)、马钱子苷(2)、马钱苷酸(3)、6’-O-β-吡喃葡萄糖马钱苷(4)、大花双参苷A (5)、3’-O-β-D-glucopyranosylsweroside (6)、secologanol (7)。结论:化合物1～7均首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective To study the Iridoids of medicinal plants Triplostegia glandulifera . Methods The extraction of the Triplostegia glandulifera were purified by AB-8 Macroporous Resin, ODS , silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatographyetc, its structures were elucidated by NMR analyses. Results There were 7 compounds obtained from Triplostegia glandulifera and identified as：loganetin（1）、loganin（2）、loganic acid（3）、loganin 6’ - O-β -glucopyranoside（4）、triplostoside A（5）、3’ - O-β -D-glucopyranosylsweroside（6）、secologanol（7）. Conclusions Allcompoundwere isolated for the first time in Triplostegia glandulifera .
