摘　　要：总结门成福教授辨治乳腺增生的临床经验。乳腺增生是乳腺组织的一种良性增生性疾病,门成福教授擅从肝肾论治乳腺增生,认为其病机总归"郁"字,将本病分为肝郁气滞证,肝肾不足、冲任失调证二型。治疗当以疏肝解郁,通络散结,调理冲任为法,临证时随证遣方,随症用药,温阳、化痰、活血、清热等药物当辨证配用,同时强调以情治病以提高疗效。Summary of clinical experience of Professor Men Chengfu in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary gland,which it is a benign proliferative disease of breast tissue.The master is good at treating the disease from liver and kidney.It is believed that the pathogenesis of the disease is always “Yu” and is divided into two types：stagnation of liver and qi, deficiency of liver and kidney.It Should be treated by soothing the liver and relieving depression, clearing the collaterals and dispersing the knot, and regulating.As soon as the syndrome is applied, the prescription is used, and the medicine is used with the symptoms.Warming Yang, resolving phlegm, activating blood circulation, clearing away heat and other drugs should be used according to syndrome differentiation.At the same time, the emphasis on the treatment of illness with emotion to improve the efficacy.
