我国档案信息资源利用演变规律探析

摘　　要：我国档案信息资源利用实践逐渐从封闭走向开放、从资政走向民主、从人治走向法治。论文围绕档案信息资源利用的演变规律,以档案利用相关的主体、提供利用的客体、提供利用的途径为着力点发现:利用主体中档案机构从握有绝对权力向分权转变,并且利用者与档案中介机构扮演着越来越重要的角色;档案提供利用的客体呈现内容平民化、范围扩大化、产品多元化的趋势;提供利用的途径则逐渐向多样化、智能化、个性化发展。The practice of using archival information resources in China has gradually changed from closed to open, from management to democracy, and from rule of law to rule of law. Focusing on the evolutionary law of the utilization of archives information resources, this paper focuses on the subjects, objects and ways of the utilization of archives. It finds that the archives organizations in the utilization subjects have changed from absolute power to decentralization, and the users and archives intermediaries play an increasingly important role. The object of providing utilization presents the trend of civilian content, expanding scope and diversification of products, while the way of providing utilization gradually develops towards diversification, intellectualization and individualization.
