摘　　要：论文认为,史馆为唐朝的编撰出版史书部门。为加强史馆之史官编撰工作"不虚美,不隐恶"的学术要求与职业道德,特需保证其收藏并获得准确全面的第一手资料,因此,史馆也具有国家图书档案馆之职能,即修书、藏书与征集档案等文献的多种职能。安史之乱前史馆文献收藏量为"国史一百六十卷,开元实录四十七卷,起居注并余书三千六百八十二卷"。The paper holds that the historical library is the Department of compiling and publishing historical books in the Tang Dynasty. And in order to strengthen the work of compiling historians in the historical library, it is necessary to ensure its collection and obtain accurate and comprehensive first-hand information. Therefore, the historical library also has the functions of the national library and archives, such as book repair, book collection. Before rebellion of An and Shi , the collection of documents in History Museum is ＂160 volumes of national history, 47 volumes of Kaiyuan actual records, 3682 volumes of living notes and other books＂.
