摘　　要：近年来,我国港口建设进入了突飞猛进的发展时期,同时也对港口建设项目档案管理工作提出了更高的要求。档案分类方案的制定是档案管理工作中的重要环节,论文从理论和实践两个角度出发,指出港口建设项目档案分类方案的制定应依据文件生命周期理论、来源原则等档案学基础理论,顺应建设项目内容和程序的显著变化以及外部法规规范业态环境的不断更新,借鉴各项已有标准、规范和办法,并以江苏省港口建设项目档案分类方案为例,详述分类方案的各级类目内容结构与特点。In recent years, the rapid development of port construction in China puts forward higher requirements for port construction project archives management. The formulation of classification scheme is a vital part of archival management. From the perspective of theory and practice, the records classification scheme of port construction project should be based on the records life cycle theory and provenance principle, in accordance with the significant changes in the contents, procedures and relative regulations of port construction projects, drawing on existing standards and norms. In this paper, the records classification scheme of port construction project in Jiangsu Province is taken as an example to elaborate the content structure and characteristics of the classification scheme at four levels.
