摘  要:目的:探讨高渗葡萄糖注射液管理策略,确保用药安全、有效。方法:通过查阅文献、问卷调查、实地考察,并结合某院高警示药品管理的实际工作,研究高渗葡萄糖注射液管理策略。结果:通过实施的高渗葡萄糖注射液管理策略与标准操作流程,有效加强高警示药品的管理,提高医护人员、药师对高警示药品的认知,有效保证用药安全。结论:医疗机构应足够重视高警示药品的管理和风险防范,完善管理制度,制定安全使用的标准流程,强化医药护人员的高警示药品教育培训,推广患者安全用药的健康宣教,降低用药风险,减少医患纠纷,保证患者用药安全,提高药学服务水平。OBJECTIVE To discuss the management strategy of hypertonic glucose injection to ensure the safety and effectiveness of drug use.METHODS Through consulting literatures,questionnaires and field investigations,and combining the actual work of high alert drug management in our hospital,the management strategy of hypertonic glucose injection was studied.RESULTS The implementation of hypertonic glucose injection management strategy and standard operation procedure effectively strengthened the management of high alert drugs,improved the cognition of medical staff and pharmacists on high alert drugs,and effectively ensured the safety of drug use.CONCLUSION Medical institutions should pay enough attention to risk prevention and management of high alert medicines,improve the management system,establish standard procedure of safe use,high warning drug education and training intensive medical care personnel,promote patient safety medication health education,reduce the risk of drug and medical disputes,ensure the safety of patients,and improve the level of pharmaceutical service.
