摘  要:PWM整流器因其具备网侧单位功率因数,能量双向流动等特点在变频调速领域得到广泛应用,同时也成为变频系统中故障多发环节,为减少故障对工业生产的不利影响,其故障诊断研究工作得到了极大的重视。本文对PWM整流器开关管主要故障之一的开路故障目前的诊断方法进行了总结,从故障特征向量的提取以及故障的识别、定位方法的角度进行了分类,介绍了各故障诊断方法的原理,对各诊断方法的适用范围、可靠性进行了对比,指出了PWM整流器故障诊断和故障预警今后的研究方向和趋势。Three-phase boost type PWM rectifiers with great feature of unit power widely used in variable frequency speed regulation system, meanwhile, they also factor and bid-direction energy flow are become variable frequency system fault multiple links. Therefore, in order to reduce the adverse effects of failure on industrial production, their fault diagnosis work has received great attention. In this paper, the existing fault diagnosis methods of the main failure of PWM rectifier are summarized. These methods are classified from the fault vector extraction to fault identification and location. The principles of each fault diagnosis methods are introduced. The scope of application and reliability of the diagnostic methods were compared. The future research directions and trends of three-phase boost type PWM rectifier fault diagnosis and fault early warning are pointed out.
