摘　　要：学生参与大学治理是高校依法实行民主管理和体现学生公民权利的必然要求。基于学生参与在完善现代大学治理体系和治理结构中的重要性,国内研究者十年来从合理性、困境与路径、实证研究与比较等方面对学生参与治理进行持续深入的探究,有效地推进了学生参与大学治理的法治化、制度化和本土化。未来研究需重新审视学生参与大学治理的功能定位,完善参与制度设计,创新参与渠道和平台,拓展跨学科视角的研究,增强学生参与大学治理的意识和能力,实现学生个体的和谐发展和主体的生命自由。Students＇ participation in university governance is an inevitable requirement for universities to carry out democratic management according to law and reflect students＇ civil rights. Based on the importance of student participation in improving the modem university governance system and the governance structure, the domestic researchers have carried out a continuous and in - depth exploration of the students＇ participation in governance from the aspects of rationality, Plight and path, empirical research and comparison in the past ten years, which has effectively promoted the rule of law, institutionalization and localization of students＇ participation in university governance. The future research should reexamine the functional orientation of students＇ participation in university governance, improve the participation system design, innovate the channels and platforms, expand the study of the interdisciplinary perspective, enhance the students＇ consciousness and ability to participate in the university governance, and realize the harmonious development of the students and the freedom of the life of the subjects.
