PPP模式助力我国医疗卫生领域发展的问题及对策分析

摘　　要：为解决困扰医疗卫生领域供需不均衡的矛盾,通过引入PPP模式助力我国医疗卫生领域更快更好发展。通过对医疗卫生领域的现状深入分析,针对我国医疗卫生法律不完善、运作体系不健全、人才培养缺位及PPP模式尚未涉及医疗核心和医疗PPP模式投资风险大两大痛点等问题,提出完善法律体系、运作模式、人才培养及解决当前医疗PPP模式两大痛点的具体政策建议,以期PPP模式打破医疗领域的限制,激发医疗行业的活力和创造力。In order to solve the problem of unbalanced supply and demand in the field of medical and health care, the introduction of PPP Public-Private Partnership mode was conducive to the faster and better development of the medical and health care field in China. Through deeply analyzing the currentt situation of the medical and health field, it found that health law in China was not perfect, the operation system was not sound, talent training was lack, while medical core and medical PPP were not involved with the PPP investment risk. It proposed policy suggestions on perfecting law system, operation mode, talent raising and solving the current medical PPP, so as to break the limits of PPP in medical and health field, stimulate the vitality and creativity of the medical profession.
