摘 要:目的:构建新型临床科室绩效考核体系,探索能够全面反应临床科室各方利益相关者的诉求的衡量指标的评价方法。方法:基于决定型利益相关者理论选取建立绩效考核指标,进一步通过因子分析建立临床科室绩效优劣评价模型。结果:应用该模型对临床科室绩效进行综合评价排序,模型拟合度为64%,较为准确、客观公正地衡量临床科室绩效水平。结论:绩效评价模型能为公立医院开展临床绩效考核提供一种新的思路和角度。Objective: To establish a new performance evaluation system for clinical departments and to explore an evaluation method that could fully reflect the demands of all stakeholders in clinical departments. Methods: Based on the determinant stakeholder theory, it selected the performance evaluation indicators and established the evaluation model through factor analysis. Results: The model was used to conduct comprehensive evaluation on the performance of those clinical departments. The fitting degree of the model was 64%, which was more accurate, objective and equal in measuring the performance of clinical departments. Conclusion: The performance evaluation model could provide a new idea and method for public hospitals to evaluate clinical performance.
