论糖尿病从“脾不散精”到“浊毒内蕴”之病机观

摘　　要：基于传统理论和现代人类生活方式的变化及疾病的时代特征,提出糖尿病从"脾不散精"到"由浊致毒"继而"浊毒内蕴"之病机观,并通过较为系统而深入的基础研究和临床观察,从多层次、多角度阐释其病理及效用机制。认为脾不散精是糖尿病形成的重要病理基础,浊邪是其主要病理产物,脾不散精与脂代谢紊乱相关,化生浊毒与胰岛素功能障碍相关;由浊致毒与现代生活环境及方式密切相关;进而形成的浊毒内蕴浸渍蚀损脏腑经络百骇。基于此核心病机提出化"化浊解毒"疗法,从糖尿病糖、脂毒性角度探讨化浊解毒方的干预作用。Based on the traditional theory and the changes of modern lifestyle as well as the characteristics of the disease,this paper proposed that the pathogenesis of diabetes is＂dysfunction of spleen transforming essences＂developing to＂turbidity accumulated into toxin＂and then to＂internal retention of turbidity and toxin＂. Through a more systematic and in-depth basic research and clinical observation,the pathological and utility mechanisms are explained from multiple levels and multiple perspectives. This paper believed that the dysfunction of spleen transforming essences is the pathological basis for the formation of diabetes,and turbidity is its main pathological product,dysfunction of spleen transforming essences is related to lipid metabolism disorders,and the generation of turbidity is associated with insulin dysfunction. ＂Turbidity accumulated into toxin＂and the living environment and lifestyles are closely related,which results in internal retention of turbidity and toxin that erodes the viscera and meridians. Based on this core pathogenesis,the treatment of ＂clearing turbidity and detoxification＂therapy was proposed,and its intervention effects were discussed from the perspectives of diabetic sugar and lipid toxicity.
