采种时间对国槐种子生理特性的影响

摘　　要：为确定国槐种子适宜的采收期,本试验对不同时间采收种子的含水量、种子质量、萌芽率、可溶性蛋白及可溶性糖含量进行测定。结果表明:10～11月份种子含水量的减少;12月后种子质量基本达到稳定;10月末至12月初种子的吸水萌发能力减弱;11～12月可溶性糖质量分数基本保持稳定状态,2017年1月后出现显著下降;可溶性蛋白质量分数在11月中旬之前逐渐增加,之后降低,最终趋于稳定。由试验结果可以得出,国槐种子最适宜采收的时期为11月中旬至12月中旬。In order to determine the suitable seed harvesting time of Sophora japonica, the experiment measured the water content, seed quality, seed germination rate, contents of soluble protein and sugar of the collected seeds at different times. The results showed that the water content of seeds decreased from October to November; seed quality was stable after December; water absorption ability for germination weakened from the end of October to the beginning of December; the soluble sugar quality score remained stable from November to December, and decreased significantly after January 2017; the soluble protein mass fraction gradually increased before mid- November, then decreased and finally stabilized. It can be concluded from the test results that the most suitable period for harvesting sophora is from mid-November to mid-December.
